We are currently developing loan boxes for use in the classroom. They contain a mix of real and replica artefacts, printed materials and worksheets.
They can be hired for a two week period at a charge of £20. Please email the museum at firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a box.
Please note: All loan boxes will be quarantined for at least 72 hours prior to the hire to ensure safety. Our loan boxes are only to be used with one class within the school at a time. If hiring for use within multiple classes, the objects must be quarantined for 72 hours before being given to a new class.
Once returned they will be quarantined for at least 72 hours, after which they will be checked by museum staff and cleaned as necessary.
