Welcome
Rutland County Museum & Visitor Centre is the perfect introduction to England’s smallest county.
ADMISSION IS FREE!
Our many displays & exhibits from our Collections include:
Rural trades and rural life including: Brewery, Wheelwrighting, Blacksmithing, and an impressive range of agricultural exhibits, Crime and punishment, including the only surviving New Drop Gallows in England, Archaeology and
The Brooke Reliquary.
The museum hosts a programme of Exhibitions and Events. We also have Visitor Information, a Gift Shop, Study Area, Courtyard and a Garden.
